9/10 Wonderful! (1,167 reviews)
Stayed here a lot and like this place however had organised a catch up and was informed meeting rooms closed and roof top bar not open via text post booking then at 7am a fire test commenced on top of major renovations. This was not a good experience and staff did apologise however surely given the inconvenience and major renovations in play they should advise prior and perhaps offer a nice gesture or even compensation as rate was not cheaper at all. Thanks.
